Nanoclean is an Indian Startup which appeared on Shark Tank India Season 2. They have created a revolutionary filtration technology based on nanotechnology. The founder shared that with 14 out of 20 most polluted cities in the world being in India, The market for this product is enormous. He added that their product is patented and biodegradable. The founder sought an investment of ₹80 Lakhs for 2% of the company valuing the business at ₹40 Crores.
Nanoclean has created a product called Naso95, which they claim is the world’s smallest wearable air purifier. The product gets attached to the nose and filters bacteria, viruses, pollens and other air pollutants. It can be used up to 12 hours. The founder shared that their products are available through their own website and online marketplaces like Amazon. In addition to that they are also available at over 250 medical stores.
Nanoclean has another product line as well which is called Cigibud. This product is based on nicotine replacement therapy and helps people get rid of the habit of smoking. The company was started in 2017 and have served over 2 lakh customers by the time of their pitch.
Nanoclean’s Financials during Shark Tank India:
Nanoclean had a lifetime revenue of ₹15 Crores by the time of their pitch. They made revenue of ₹7.6 Crores in FY19-20. It went down to ₹4.9 Crores in the following year and even further to ₹1.1 Crores in FY21-22. At the time of their pitch, The company was at a revenue of ₹5 Lakhs per month. 25% of the sales are D2C and rest are through B2B.
Nanoclean Shark Tank India Negotiations & Funding:
Amit went out due to not understanding the product use. Aman felt the same; therefore, he went out as well. Namita suggested that the founder should move on to this product. Therefore, she went out. Anupam suggested the same; therefore, he went out as well. Peyush went out as well, and Nanoclean went out of the tank without a deal.

How is Nanclean doing after Shark Tank India?
Our research in the Nanoclean revealed that the company got good exposure after appearing on the Shark Tank India. The outcome of their appearance was not entirely positive. The company did see a sales improvement but stopped marketing its product in 2024. While their website is still up and their products are available on Amazon for purchase, signs suggest that the founder may have already moved on and Nanoclean is about to close its operations.
