When discussing pricing concerns raised by the sharks, the founder clarified that 2Ballz positions itself in the premium segment, just like Jockey, due to its use of premium fabrics and high-quality construction, notably featuring a pouch design. In June 2023, they achieved sales of ₹1.8 lakhs, followed by ₹1.65 lakhs in the subsequent month, and ₹1.64 lakhs in August 2023.
Who are founders of 2Ballz?
2Ballz was founded by Anshuman Tiwari, Ankit Bhanwar, and Mohit Jain. Anshuman is an electronic and telecommunication engineer and has an IT services business. Ankit has worked in a pump station, and Mohit has worked in his family business.
2Ballz Shark Tank India Negotiations & Funding:
Peyush was the first shark to opt out as he believed it was too early to invest in this business. Aman also chose to opt out of negotiation as he believes it’s not a good business and the product is also gimmickry. Anupam was really disappointed with the business and also believes they made only minor changes to the product to make it a business. Ritesh believes the product price is too high as the Indian market is more focused on good quality products with competitive prices; for these reasons, he chose to opt out. Vineeta also chose to opt out as she believes that with just one motto they cannot sustain the business, especially with this name and logo.
