80Wash Shark Tank India Pitch:
80Wash is a commercial laundry machine designed for use in hotels, hospitals, and salons. It washes clothes in just 80 seconds, utilizing ISP steam technology, without the need for water or detergent. This offers an alternative solution to traditional machines, saving a significant amount of time and water. Additionally, it effectively removes stains, odors, and bacteria from clothes within the 80-second cycle. The vision of 80 Wash is to make laundry more economical and environmentally friendly.
What happened in 80Wash Demo?
Peyush expressed interest in a machine demo to gain a comprehensive understanding of its operation without water and within an 80-second timeframe. In contrast, Vineeta’s focus lies in assessing whether the machine effectively eliminates odors. Their planned demonstration involves a white towel with coffee stains, and Vineeta intends to pour coffee onto the cloth.
Notably, the machine requires an additional 120 seconds of pre-processing time, a crucial detail omitted from their initial pitch. Following this pre-processing, an 80-second cycle ensues. Disappointingly, after the first cycle, the clothes retain coffee marks, and an undesirable odor persists. Undeterred, they opt for a second cycle, yet the stains persist, and the unpleasant smell remains unresolved.
80Wash Financials during Shark Tank India:
In last 2.5 months they have sold 40 machines and average selling price ₹40,000. The 3kg machine price is ₹26,999 and making price is ₹19,500 and 7kg machine selling price is ₹55,000.
Who are the founders of 80Wash?

80Wash Shark Tank India Negotiations & Funding:
Vineeta was the first shark to opt out, expressing concerns after witnessing the demo. She stated that she sees red flags everywhere. Following her, Azhar Iqubal also chose to opt out due to a failed demo. Anupam, unimpressed by 80 Wash, stated that it adds an unnecessary step. Consequently, he decided not to invest in this business, opting out. Peyush, expressing the opinion that the machine is still in its early stages, suggested that it requires more research. Consequently, he also opted out. Aman, on the other hand, expressed frustration, referring to it as a water-boiling machine. He suggested that they invest their time in other innovations. As a result, no deal was finalized.
